Network Operations Center

Affiniti manages dual-NOCs in Texas and Pennsylvania, each supporting large scale monitoring capabilities.  Our experienced analysts process hundreds of cases with a scalable case management system that provides automated notices and updates, case documentation and customer reports.

Affiniti customers have complete visibility into their network infrastructure via a customer web portal that allows customers to submit a new case or service request, view real time and historical cases and logs, view real time and historical performance and utilization reports, view project status, obtain Affiniti contact information, and more.



Field Services

Affiniti’s field services staff are strategically located throughout the United States to support our networks.  Our certified field technicians work directly with our NOC professionals to maximize network performance.
